LAUSD IS FAILING OUR KIDS

Austin Beutner has proven himself to be a total failure as Superintendent of the Los Angeles School District (LAUSD). Under Mr. Beutner's leadership, LAUSD has had 11 months to come to a reopening agreement with United Teachers of Los Angeles (UTLA).
They have failed to do so, and now our kids are suffering!
Mr. Beutner continues to kick the can down the road, and parents have had enough! It's time for him to demand that teachers agree to return to in-person learning after being vaccinated! We will no longer stand for him allowing UTLA to keep moving the goalposts!
Mr. Beutner's actions, or lack thereof, demonstrate one (or all) of the following:
1) Mr. Beutner stands with the interests of UTLA and their extreme political agenda.
2) Mr. Beutner is indebted to UTLA. The union used millions of tax dollars to fund his campaign and now he is nothing but a puppet for UTLA, doing their bidding.
3) Mr. Beutner doesn't have the strength of character to stand up to UTLA and demand they do what is right for LAUSD's students
NONE OF THESE ARE ACCEPTABLE!
IT IS TIME FOR AUSTIN BEUTNER TO EITHER ACT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF LAUSD STUDENTS OR IT'S TIME FOR HIM TO RESIGN!
We Call on Austin Beutner to Take a Stand Against UTLA or Resign! (Click HERE to sign the Petition)
The failures of the LAUSD school board to value our children in the same manner that we as parents do is playing out before our very eyes. Our children’s education is a vital part of their very well-being and their future. This pandemic has exposed the lack of urgency, lack of preparedness, lack of skill, lack of cooperation, lack of communication, and sadly, the lack of love required of a capable school board in charge of how that education is delivered.
You have failed an entire city by depriving its children of a quality education and that real societal cost will reverberate for a generation - and likely beyond.
Parents have watched you fail to stand up and demand more from your labor partners as they bargained for the absolute educational minimums for our children. This cowardice and lack of leadership resulted in pain for nearly every child in this city. Parents have been left to fill the void you have created - we are exhausted by trying to do the very jobs you were selected for.**
